Export Packaging

Our Export packaging and consolidation facilities will secure and ensure the correct crating and boxing of any size and type of freight. This service covers the marking, labeling, addressing and shipping of your products in any appropriate packaging size and countries. Global logistics will arrange to ship your small consignments at relatively low cost whenever and wherever possible, along with the higher weight break of their cargo. Areas of warehouses are clearly defined at Global Logistics to classify each location. Our distribution centers offer ample space for customer-specific palletizing, crating, and packaging services.

Warehousing

Global Logistics Consistently provide high level of quality services to our customers. Global Logistics provide warehousing facilities for both Exports & Imports operations. The warehousing facilities are very helpful in speeding up the transport of goods, particularly for LCL Shipments. cargoes. We have designated warehouses worldwide. In addition to our covered warehousing facilities, FMCG, retail, DGR goods and high-end specialized in-transit goods are stored. The warehouses are fitted with dedicated bays for loading and unloading

Palletization

There are four common palletising methods. Those include manual Palletization, semi-automatic Palletization, automatic palletizing, and robotic Palletization. At Global Logistics we offer all four methods and as per requirements of the Shipments. Manual Palletization involves the placement of items on the pallet by the use of manual force. In semi-automated Palletization, cartons are manually slid to form a layer, without the need for lifting or walking around the pallet. Once a layer is formed, the operator presses the start button and the layer is palletized automatically. An automated palletizer is a mechanism that takes containers from a conveyor’s end and assembles them into a specified pattern to form layers and then install the layers onto a pallet to construct a load structure. Robot palletizers are increasingly popular using a robot to place individual cases or layers on a pallet. We have great versatility and the ability to palletize several SKUs and sizes of packages onto the same pallet.
